What are the file size limits for encrypted messages?
Outbound encrypted messages are limited by your mail server—typically around 35 MB for Microsoft 365 and Gmail. When recipients reply through the encryption portal, attachments up to 75 MB are supported since files remain in the secure portal rather than traveling through email.
