Learning Mode adjusts INKY during initial deployment to encourage user feedback and reduce false positives while the system learns your email patterns.

What It Does
Banners include learning mode link - Users can click to report emails directly from the banner, streamlining feedback during deployment.
Reminder messaging - Report This Email and Details pages explain INKY was recently deployed and request feedback.
Optional first-time sender suppression - Disable "First-Time Sender" warnings during learning period if Spear Phishing Protection is enabled. Reduces alert fatigue for legitimate new contacts.
Configuration
Learning mode link text - Customize the clickable text in banners (default: "Learning Mode - Report This Email")
Suppress First-Time Sender results - Toggle on to hide first-time sender warnings during learning period. Only affects display if Spear Phishing Protection is enabled.
Duration controls:
Extend for 1 day
Extend for 1 week
Disable learning mode now
Recommended Duration
14 days default (automatically expires on date shown). Extend if deployment is gradual or user feedback indicates adjustment needed. Disable early if confident in configuration.
