INKY offers two bundles under Kaseya:
Advanced (standard protection)
Pro (enterprise-grade upgrade)
Both include comprehensive email security; Pro adds outbound protection, encryption, DMARC management and Generative AI.

Advanced
Complete inbound and internal email security with AI-powered threat detection, computer vision brand-spoof detection, zero-day malware protection, advanced graymail management, and email signature management. Includes Email Assistant banners, phish reporting, and multi-tenant dashboard.
Best for: Organizations needing comprehensive inbound protection without outbound DLP requirements.
Pro
Everything in Advanced plus GenAI intent analysis, outbound DLP detection, dangerous reply detection, custom approval workflows, email encryption, and DMARC monitoring.
Best for: Regulated industries, enterprises requiring data loss prevention, and organizations needing advanced compliance visibility.
Kaseya 365 User Integration
Advanced bundle is included standard with Kaseya 365 User edition starting January 1, 2026.
Pro bundle is available as an optional upgrade for K365 User customers.
Choosing a bundle in the console
You choose products on the Generate License page, in team import, on the Summary page and on the Usage page. Each of these shows two cards, INKY Standalone and Kaseya 365 User, and each card offers Advanced and Pro.
An option tagged Requires additional purchase needs a license your organization doesn't have yet.
On your own team, INKY Advanced and INKY Pro on the INKY Standalone card both carry an NFR · Up to 50 free tag. See NFR Licenses for Partners.

Migration from Previous INKY Bundles
Previous INKY customers: The new bundles consolidate INKY's three-tier model (Standard/Pro/Advanced) into two tiers. Your current features are maintained with backward and forward compatibility.
Graphus customers: Can migrate to INKY starting January 1, 2026. Migration tool available April 2026.
