Enable End-User Quarantine Notifications in O365

Enable end-user notifications for end- users who have quarantined emails within Microsoft. End-users will receive a summary of held emails for User Quarantined emails where they have the option to review and release emails

Settings

  1. Navigate to https://security.microsoft.com/antispam

  2. Select INKY Hosted Content Filter Rule

  3. Select “Edit Actions” under “Actions”

  4. Ensure the notifications are set to the highlighted below:

If you do not want to use the Default Full Access With Notification Policy, you’ll need to create your own custom policy in here: https://security.microsoft.com/quarantinePolicies

  1. Navigate to https://security.microsoft.com/quarantinePolicies

  2. Select “Global Settings”

  3. In the Send end-user spam notifications select the appropriate time interval for notifying the end-user.
