The filters for observations need an option to filter by remediation status so that the non-remediated messages aren’t lost amongst those that have already been addressed.
Good news — this is available today. In **Analysis → Observations**, open **Advanced Filters** and use the remediation/label filters to separate messages that haven't been actioned yet from those already addressed. Marking this as Completed — let us know if it doesn't fully cover your workflow.
