Fix text visibility/contrast issues in Dark Mode for Quarantine settings and emails

Bug Report
I want the text in the Quarantine Auto-Release settings modal and emails to be visible when using Dark Mode. Currently, the text appears to be white on a white background, making it impossible to read settings or email content without switching modes. This is happening in the new Quarantine Auto-Release interface.

    The menu fix should come in an update soon. The body of the email HTML renders as is to preserve the content as changing custom stylings within source emails can cause issues.
