CSV Import for General Allow List

I want to be able to import a CSV file of allow rules into the general Allow List in the Admin Center. Currently, I have to paste comma-separated values manually, but a direct CSV upload would be much more efficient for managing large lists of domains and email addresses.

    Available today — when adding to the Allow List, the **Add** dialog accepts **CSV input with a dry-run preview** before the entries are applied, so you don't have to paste rules one at a time. Marking as Completed.
